Health & Treatment Safety
Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, sensitivities, injuries, medications, recent procedures, pregnancy, or other circumstances that could affect treatment safety or suitability.
The Waxing Corner & Spa may modify, postpone, or decline a treatment when there is a reasonable safety concern. Clients with contagious skin conditions, active infections, open wounds, fever, or other health or sanitation concerns may be asked to reschedule.
For waxing services, please disclose medications, topical products, recent exfoliation, chemical peels, laser treatments, sun exposure, or anything else that may make your skin unusually sensitive.
Treatment Risks & Results
Individual results vary, and no specific result can be guaranteed. Some esthetic treatments may cause temporary redness, sensitivity, swelling, irritation, bruising, peeling, tenderness, pigmentation changes, or other expected reactions.
Certain advanced treatments may require additional informed consent covering benefits, risks, contraindications, preparation, and aftercare. Clients are responsible for following all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by their service provider.
Payments, Refunds & Packages
Payment is due when services are rendered unless otherwise arranged. Prices are subject to change; the applicable price will be the price disclosed at booking or communicated before the service.
Completed services are generally non-refundable. Because skin types, hair-growth patterns, healing responses, and treatment outcomes vary, dissatisfaction with a particular result does not automatically qualify a service for a refund. If you have concerns about a service, please contact us promptly so the situation can be evaluated and an appropriate resolution considered.
Packages, prepaid treatments, promotional services, gift certificates, and retail products are subject to the conditions communicated at purchase and applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, packages and gift certificates have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Minors & Professional Conduct
Clients under 18 may require parental or legal guardian consent depending on the service and applicable law. Written consent or the presence of a parent or legal guardian may be required, and certain services may be declined for minors.
We are committed to a safe, respectful, professional, and hygienic environment. Service may be refused or discontinued because of abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise unacceptable conduct, or when treatment conflicts with professional standards, safety considerations, licensing requirements, or applicable law.
Privacy, Photography & Personal Property
Before-and-after photographs may be used to document treatment progress. They will not be used for advertising, social media, website content, or other promotional purposes without client authorization where consent is required.
Personal and health-related information will be handled with reasonable care and used for legitimate business, scheduling, treatment, safety, payment, and communication purposes. Additional information regarding website data collection is available in our Privacy Policy.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, The Waxing Corner & Spa is not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property unless liability cannot legally be excluded.
Website, Liability & Policy Changes
Unless otherwise indicated, original website text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to The Waxing Corner & Spa and may not be copied or distributed without authorization except as permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Waxing Corner & Spa is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of its website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
